Kevin's Life - Daily Adventures in the Land or Moron. The cartoon follows the daily adventures of Kevin and his exploits in the Land of Moron. It is a daily single panel gag photoon (not sure if that's a real word but it's a mix of photo and cartoon).

The creator, Steven Askew who currently lives and works in Japan, started the cartoon as a silly idea in a notebook. When a friend pointed out that he can't draw to save his life he came up with the idea of changing photos to make each cartoon.
